Ciraolo will participate on the panel "The Consequences of Conviction: The Sentencing Guidelines, Restitution, Forfeiture, and Other Bad Things That Happen," at the 36th Annual National Institute on Criminal Tax Fraud / the 9th Annual National Institute on Tax Controversy in Las Vegas, NV, on December 12, 2019.
